Christmas Elves Loyalty Terms and Conditions

If you want to become a member, you must agree these Christmas Elves Collectors Club Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before you submit to us your application to become a member of the Christmas Elves Collectors Club (‘Programme’). The Programme covers the incentives and rewards schemes described in these Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions tell you who we are, how we will provide the Programme to you, how you or we may change or end the contract that these Terms and Conditions constitute between us and other important information. If you think that there is a mistake in these Terms and Conditions [or require any changes], please contact us to discuss. By participating in the Programme, you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

General

The Programme is a loyalty and rewards member programme owned and operated by Christmas Elves - JAMJAM FESTIVE PTY LTD, ABN 48143434333 (‘Christmas Elves Group’ or ‘we’). Read more about Christmas Elves here. When we refer to the Christmas Elves Group in these Terms and Conditions, this automatically includes a reference to Witches of Halloween, Easter Town and Babys First as well.

We will refer to you in these Terms and Conditions as ‘you’ or the ‘Member’.

You can contact our customer service by telephone at 1300 4 ELVES or 1300 3 35837 (opening hours change as we get closer to Christmas - Monday – Friday from 9 am–5 pm AEST) or by writing to loyalty@christmaselves.com.au.

Christmas Elves Group may, at its sole and absolute discretion, cancel, change, suspend or modify any aspect of the Programme, in whole or in part (including any rewards and/or loyalty dollars, all as defined below), provided such changes do not create a significant negative change in value of the Members loyalty dollars at the time of the change. In the case of a significant negative change in the value of the Members Loyalty dollars, the Members shall be given 2 months prior notice of such changes via email sent to the email registered to their VIP Account at the time.

These Terms and Conditions and any alterations shall be considered accepted when you use you provide your details to earn or redeem loyalty dollars, or use in any way a loyalty reward or benefit offered under the Programme, or if you have sent us no written protest registered within 30 days of notification. If you cannot accept the Programme alterations, you can terminate your membership by formally requesting the deletion of your Christmas Elves loyalty account. Any unused loyalty dollars will be forfeit and can not be recovered once deleted.
