From time to time Christmas Elves will offer Free Shipping or discounts on shipping or sales.

This offer does not extend to customers who live in remote areas and the cost of freight is beyond the acceptable costs.

We will contact you to discuss options including but not limited to:

* Offering a subsidised freight cost.

* Cancelling your order and providing a full refund

* Modifying your order to remove / include some larger items
