An A-line silhouette and sweetheart neckline transform the iconic rag doll dress into a haute couture dream – though its bell skirt’s jagged high-low hemline and Sally’s miniature bouquet of thistle-like flowers allow her to maintain a bit of that Halloween Town edge. Her typically straight red locks lay in smooth loose waves, and a glittering headband gives an elegant finish, adorned with a faux gem-detailed rose and actual feather.
