About the Programme

The Programme is a loyalty and rewards membership programme owned and operated by Christmas Elves – JAMJAM FESTIVE PTY LTD, ABN 48 143 434 333 (Christmas Elves Group, Christmas Elves, we, us or our).

References to the Christmas Elves Group in these Terms and Conditions also include:

• Witches of Halloween
• Easter Town

In these Terms and Conditions, we refer to a person participating in the Programme as you or the Member.

Contacting Christmas Elves

Changes to the Programme

The Christmas Elves Group may, at its sole and absolute discretion, cancel, change, suspend or modify any aspect of the Programme, either in whole or in part. This includes any rewards or loyalty dollars offered under the Programme.

Where a change would significantly reduce the value of a Member’s existing loyalty dollars, Members will be given at least two months’ notice. Notice will be sent to the email address registered to the Member’s loyalty account at the time of the change.

Acceptance of Changes

Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be considered accepted when you:

• provide your membership details to earn or redeem loyalty dollars;
• use a reward or benefit offered through the Programme; or
• continue participating in the Programme without submitting a written objection within 30 days after being notified of the change.

If you do not accept a change to the Programme, you may end your membership by formally requesting that your Christmas Elves loyalty account be deleted.

Participating Stores

All Christmas Elves Group-owned stores in Australia participate in the Programme. The Programme is also available through the Christmas Elves online store at www.christmaselves.com.au .
