    Arriving directly from the North Pole, Elf Boy & Magical Reward Kit will bring fun & magic to homes & classrooms this December. A friendly face, a festive outfit and long legs. Our Limited Edition Christmas Elf is perfectly designed for fun & games! 

    Where the magic really happens is in the Magical Reward Kit - a unique & magical package to promote good behaviour. Designed for families with up to two siblings, all of the items in our kit can be shared & we have included two Letters to Santa & two Nice List Certificates, so you can personalise these to each child. 

    Our unique kit includes:

    • Boy Christmas Elf Toy - A limited edition Christmas Elf toy, our own unique design ... 28cm tall.
    • An Arrival Letter from Santa - straight from the North Pole, explaining why Elf is here (designed so you can personalise it with your child's name).
    • Mini Elf Report cards - report cards for good behaviour. We have also included two Naughty List warning cards, just incase you need them. Use these as you see fit.
    • 2 x Letter to Santa templates - have some fun writing to the Big Man himself with this official North Pole Correspondence. We have included a space for drawing Santa a picture too.
    • 2 x Official Nice List Certificates - with space to personalise the certificate with your child's name & a description of exactly what they have achieved.
    • Christmas Reward Chart & a sheet of Elf Stickers - Personalise the chart with your child's name & choose tasks you would like them to try. Ideal for household chores, tidying, reading, kindness or potty training. A fun way to reward good behaviour every day.

    • All purchases up to $1,000 (additional coverage available upon request)
    • Full replacement for items damaged during transit
    • Replacement for deliveries that go missing (standard timeframes apply)

    Our Promise to You:

    Should your delivery be delayed by our courier partners:

    • We'll immediately escalate your case for priority tracking
    • If your order cannot be located within the investigation period, we'll dispatch a replacement at no cost to you

    Important Note: Orders marked with Authority to Leave (ATL) are not covered for missing deliveries, as we cannot verify secure receipt.

    Change of Heart Returns

    If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, Christmas Elves will offer you a store credit, provided that:

    • You have contacted us to organise a return of the item within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
    • You provide a copy of your invoice or packing slip with your return.
    • It is unworn, unopened, unused and in its original condition.

    For change of heart returns, the cost of returning the items is paid by you.

    Returns

    Christmas Elves will accept product returns and provide you with a store credit, refund or repair where:

    • The product is faulty;
    • You have contacted us to organise a return of the item within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
    • The product does not match the sample of our description; and
    • You can present your Christmas Elves invoice, packing slip, or other adequate proof of purchase.
